found oil filter burned, car still run.

you will have to define "burned" before you can get any help...

not often hear about an oil filter that is BURNT. if you are talking about stuff on the outer shell of the filter, the paint, the rubber grip, etc. that was toasted by the heat inside the engine bay, mostly you don't have to be worried. some low quality oil filter is just like that. make sure there is no leaking of oil and leave it.

other than this, you'd better have your car checked by professionals.

Stop your engine, don't restart it until new filter and engine oil were filled up.
I am not a mechanic man. Just an advice.
