Depend on your usage, compare CHATR vs. Koodo. e.g. for kids who loves to SMS, Koodo may be a better choice. Koodo purchase phone MINUTES and DATA are ~cumulative/roll over. e.g. u buy 1G data, u use 100MB this month, as long as your phone plan is valid and continue, u continue to use balance of 900MB next month, on and on till all 1G is used up.

哦，看来理解错误，一直以为楼主在问，从wind弄过来的手机，能不能在montreal用。
我觉得可以吧，只要手机解锁了，随便在fido，koodo之类的，都能用。

当然wind网络本身在montreal没有覆盖。

WIND's network does NOT covers Montreal, only via ~roaming ~Rogers. All WIND plans are IRRELEVANT for Montrealers.

那我还是选择chatr吧
