懒了两天没入车库，后盖被人砸了个大坑。
这两天下大雪，雪太滑，出车库不方便，就临时停外面两晚。今天早上发现后盖被砸了个大坑。
玻璃和车灯没事。像是用拳打的。知道是谁干的，但没有证据。
请问这种情况保险赔吗？全保的。保险经纪的电话也丢了。

By my experience, if you take your car to a police station, tell them what happened to your car, they will give your a form to fill there and give you a case number. Then, call your insurance company, explain to them what happened, tell them your case number, they will pay to repair the damage.  It is a vandalism and you are not responsible at all. Good luck!

赔，一定陪，这个不是hit and run ，你不需要报警，直接打电话给保险公司即可，除非保险公司要求你报警，还有，因为你是全险，但不是责任方所以可以不用付deduction fee， 但以前如果你申报了保险，就恐怕影响你来你的保费。
