I am a landed immigrant, first time going back to China(I have my PR card and Chinese Passport), Can anyone tell me what kind of documents do I need to travel to China and what kind of documents do I need to re-enter Canada?
Do I need to get a re-entry permit to Canada? do I need a visa to go to China?
1 N5 X1 K6 f0 H* Y% q9 L( \my old passport was replaced with a new one, I have used the new one once, do I need to carry both the old and the new passports?

You are still a Chinese resident therefore you don't need anything else but your passport.
To re-enter Canada you need your PR card. That's what replaces your Canadian Visa now. So everything is in control, you have all that you need. Just make sure you have the adress of the Canadian embassy in the city you are going to in case you losse your PR card. Otherwise you won't be able to come back in.
