原装WINDOWS-XP,可以看中文,可是下装中文软件总是不能显示,只有乱码.现请高手指教一二.

Control Panel->Data, Time, Language, and Regional Options->Regional and Language Options->Advanced->Select a language to match the language version of the non-Unicode programs you want to use->Chinese (PRC).
