[电脑] 如何CLAIM MAIL-IN REBATE WHEN PURCHASE IN FUTURESHOP ON LINE ?

Boxing date 在FUTURESHOP ON LINE 采购了一个80G HD, 送货时发现里面没有发票,只有SHIPPING FORM.
请问如何寄出MAIL IN REBATE 的资料库(INVOICE, 网上打印的REBATE FORM + BAR CODE)??

go to www.futureshop.ca, login with your email account. then click "my orders", choose the order that you bought the HD, print out the order detail as the official receipt.

when I called futureshop custom service, the representative told me to do so.

boxing day 到现在还不够一个月，可以拿去futureshop换。
