店里给了三张单据,不知道应该把哪两张邮过去
三张为:
一张有地址(不用说,肯定有它)
第二张的最下方有法语: copie pour la pemise的字样,不知道啥意思

第三张和第二张差不多,只是没有那个字样,以及多出了几个关于价格的信息.

请问: 第二和第三张应该邮哪个呢?除此之外,还有什么要邮的呢?
(商品为10元的128M内存 from futureshop)

One should has the words---Rebate Copy. You should mail this one and the one which you should write down your address.The third one is the code of your product(small one with the black lines and numbers on the line).
Before you mail it, you should copy all the three things and reserve the copy one for yourself.

请问如果我是在线购买的那该如何办理？在线rebate中心的FAQ里说明在线购物的收据就是在线订单最后一页带有GST and PST numbers的价格表和我地址的Order Summary screen，我打出来就可以用作收据了。所以mail-in rebate的时候连同下载打印出来的申请表，那个所谓的收据 还有UPC一同寄过去就好了？
