什么叫失业保险啊,就是没工作了才有可能去申请的,是种社会保障机制,不是社会福利,你现在是有工作,自己想辞职,你自己想是否可能啊;)

多谢。
但有一个问题，跳槽，要先把现在的工作辞了才行。但辞职是不能作为理由申请的。所以辞职的话，以前的工作时间(小时数)就没用了，要到新单位从头算起。是这样吗？

1，申请ei是960个小时，累计工作时间，累计！！！
2，申请ei的理由一定是合情合理的，我有朋友也是自己辞职的，但是理由充分，ei办公室接受了，一样拿得好好的。关键是你的理由！！！

道听途说太不可取了！你自己上ei办公室的网站搞搞清楚，打个电话问问详细，比什么都强！
