Le Scandinave spa at Mont-tremblant is wonderful!!!
I bought a package for two for about $250, including access to bath for a day, lunch, small gift, and massage for 60 min. Although it's not natural hot spring, it's very relaxing.
If you only want to go for spa, it's about $50 per person 10am -9pm.
