我第一份工作由于太累，是自己离开的，第二份工作拿了LAYOFF 两份工累计起来时间够了，但是两份之间间隔了一个多月（其中包括半个月的圣诞节假期），请问像这种情况能否申请失业金？谢谢！

If you quit your actual job, un bit hard to get ei.

But in your case, you quit your previous job, and your actual job is a laid off, so it is eligible for ei.

Just in case, prepare some valide excuse like "working conditions that endanger your health or safety" as 太累 for your quit of previous job.

Keep in mind, those agents in "Service Canada" are the person just like you and me, they are normal person and pretty comphrensive for those people who lost job.

one more condition: you quit your previous job because you found another job and started, then the working time of your previous job will be counted, it is qualified period.
