Description:  A well-established manufacturer of  precise mechanical aircraft  assemblies from castings, forgings and bar  stock will  add the talents of an experienced Process Planner with CNC  Machining  expertise.  

Your  deep knowledge of CNC Milling, Drilling and  Turning machine tools,  fixtures and jigs will allow you to analyze new  designs and  develop robust, repeatable step by step methods, operation  sequencing,  dimensions & tolerances and route sheets to then  facilitate the  efforts of CNC Programmers and Tool Designers.

You  will work closely with Production Leadership  to develop and deploy  Standardized Work Instructions and Visual Aids  for Production  Teams. Unigraphics NX, MasterCam and AutoCAD are  resident software.

Candidates will have post-secondary Engineering credentials and   extensive close tolerance machining expertise. Candidates must satisfy   security clearance and criminal records check as per CGP and ITAR   regulations. This position requires rotating shifts.

The salarly range is up to $32/h, 40h/week.
