他刚刚帮我验好房，各个部分检查得很仔细，难为这么厚重的身体拍到阁楼逐一检查，检查以后的讲解也很详细。

Antoine Bridi is not a simple inspector. He is member in the Order of thechnologues OTPQ  and member in AIBQ and has master degree in Architecture.

You did a very good choice, congratulation !

He inspects also crawlspaces under residential buildings (height 2.5 feet). He told me that most of secrets are found inside such a space: structure, electricity, plumbing, foundations etc.. He loves  crawl spaces because every thing that owners hide, crawlspaces shows. You should see him crawling inside with uniform like a snake, amazing !!  I believe in his work and professionalism. it is useful to try the inspector Antoine and to refer him. It is important to clarify the following:

1- We didn't receive any call from your behalf concerning an inspection error we might have committed. We urge you to call us, declaring your name and the number of the inspection report (you see it on the top of the first page). Our duty is to go to your place and check the problem on site.  

2- Concerning swimming pools, they are absolutely excluded from any prior-purchase home inspector service. As member of AIBQ and OTPQ, we act according to the Norms of Practice; Refer to this document for more clarification.

3- Concerning Furnaces, the responsibility of a prior-purchase home inspector is limited to a visual inspection (he observe the condition and the availability of apparent components only). He should run the system by using normal controls (Thermostat). If the system didn't work normally during the test (providing heat in every housing parts), the inspector should refer you to an expert for verification and correction. It is to be noted that a prior purchase home inspector acts as a generalist and not at all as an expert in any domain (heating, electricity, plumbing, etc.).

4- Know that we have an insurance up to one million dollars in order to protect the client in case of any error or omission that might have been committed during our service.   

5- Finally we consider that complaining inside the Forum before calling first the home inspector in order to let him know about your problem and allow him to help you, is not a decent way of acting; you are making bad reputation only for personal aims (not founded at all). You are behaving as a competitor trying to ruin someone's reputation using none-straight ways by creating untrue stories.

找了Bridi验房,说点反对意见,两个大失误,


1,游泳池的地基比房子高,(很明显)但他没指出来,后来房子保险公司派人检查,结果要么拆掉泳池,要么保费增加.


2,地下室炉子,Bridi说不是他的职责范围,今天我们找了检验师,结果管道小,不合格,他很奇怪验房师没做这部分工作.


很生气,原计划冬天烧火的,老公也埋怨,因为是我力挺要请Bridi.
