What is GST tax credit??

我是单身移民，2004年5月登陆蒙城。无工作
房子是合租的（lease是我室友的名字）

问题1---- 魁省是否tax返款多于联邦？我12月离开蒙城，现驻温哥华。如果多我当然申请魁省

问题2-----What is GST tax credit?? 我答 yes or no??

GST and PST in BC is lower...that means I get lower tax return from BC right?

But I lived there in Montreal from the first day I landed in may untill Dec 30. 2004.

So I shouldn't fill out the QC tax return.

even tough I will return back to Montreal in couple months.
