what a coincidence that we meet again here.

The sushi cake is recommended by cheerfulkiki. As you see I didn't make as good as the website shows. hehe...

This is the 1st time I make the egg tarts so there is still room to improve. Ppl selling it for $ should be better than mine....

What about your cakes I know you are working on some recipes. Will you invite me to try?

I just made some whole wheat bread; they are cooling on the rack now. Let me post it later.


Yes, i've been working out in my kitchen since vacation starts (since not long ago)...i made 2 cheese cakes, 1 tiramisu, few dozen of cookies, muffins, "doraemon"'s red bean cake... unfortunately i lost my wire of my camera so i cannot upload my pictures...
btw, i see you are working very hard in your kitchen these days bor...that is wonderful!!!  (ps. your whole wheat bread looks wonderful...i just know how to make bread with my bread machine  :p )

Icy, I like tiramisu a lot and your "doraemon"'s red bean cake must be cute and tasty. I really want to try it. I hope you can find your cable then you can post your photos.  

April, in case there are extra egg tart fillings, you can make creme brulée.

I bought them in Benix & Co.
They don't carry it any more coz I couldn't buy a replacement when I broke one of the them. :frown:

材料
免治豬肉 [剁碎豬肉] 350 克 [12 安士/9.5 兩],糯米 75 克 [2 1/2 安士/2 兩],冬菇 3 隻 [浸軟、瀝乾及切粒],馬蹄 3 粒 [去皮及切粒],蝦米 1 湯匙 [浸軟、瀝乾及切粒],烤香黑色及白色芝麻 裝飾用

醃料
舊庄特級蠔油 3 湯匙,胡椒粉 適量</FONT>
芝麻油 (混合) 1 茶匙,粟粉 1 茶匙</FONT>

做法
</FONT>1. 糯米用水浸約3小時,瀝乾。
2. 將免治豬肉、冬菇、馬蹄及蝦米與醃料拌勻,分成12份,做成肉丸後
沾滿糯米。
3. 將糯米肉丸放在已掃油的碟上,用大火蒸25分鐘至熟,取出再沾上
黑芝麻及白芝麻做成肉蓉鴛鴦丸。
