Here it is,but keep in mind that in Canada,there is only overall ranking of univeristies but not of subjects,unlike that in US. You can go to any pulic library to find the hard copy too.

Very good. In Canada, the best department of mechanics is in the University of Windsor. If you like, all the graduates can find a great job in GM company, the salary for master of engineering is around $80,000-$110,000. No too many Chinese students could care Windsor, unfortunately, it is true.
