本人最近收到concordia计算机系的拒绝信，理由是：due to limited number of spaces available,想问有没有其他同我一样不幸被拒的人，是不是被拒的理由都是一样的？我以后再申请，还有被录取的机会吗？

I got a letter from Concordia graduate school like this: "I am please to inform you that you have been admitted to the Master of
Engineering, course, program in Electrical and Computer Engineering,
beginning January 2003.  Please be advised there is no funding for this
program.  A letter of recommendation has been mailed to you.  The School of
Graduate Studies Admissions Office will further process your application
and will send you an official letter of admission."
I haven't The TOFEL SCORE and they did not ask me to take the CELD, IS THAT POSSIBLE THAT i WAS ADMITTED?

康大的录取标准很让人摸不到头脑,我已经听说好几个案例,都是托福或GMAT成绩还可以(700多)的人被拒了,反而没有托福成绩和GMAT才600多分的被接受了.所以也不是你的水平比那些被录取的人低,只是运气没那么好.但是,谁知道,这也许反而是好事呢.
