Yesterday I got an email saying that I was accepted(course option), and will get a formal letter from the graduate office within 4 weeks. But in the email, they didn't say that I should take the English test, will they request for the English test in the formal offer?

I also got the same letter from ECE department. I heard that it takes 4 weeks to get the formal letter from the graduate school office.

I haven't got the formal offer yet, just got the letter from ECE department a couple of days ago....

But I want to change to part-time student, anyone know shall I wait to get the formal offer or contact them now?
