I got a list from the hospital and from my CLSC. Most of them declined to take new baby.
Later I talked to a nurse in CLSC, she gave me a new list, it shows some clinique in different areas taking new baby.
Tell me your living area, let's see if there is one in your area.

Normally it's after the baby's birthday, becasue the clinique needs information of your baby when taking appointment.
