I am afraid you are wrong. Medical examination result will be invalid one year later. Immigant office has to finish the decision before that.  Otherwise you need to take another medical examination.  But I never heard someboday take the second medical examination.

Today when I browse wenxucity, I found so many people firstly received the interview waiver letter, and then there was the second letter let them go to Buffalo to take background check interview. Does anybody here have the experience?

I got my file No. in Jan. 2002 and did not got my 2nd letter till now (after 1 whole year). does anybody in the same condition?

you should get your notice about health exam at present. I am sure you will get it recently.

First, Thank you Shehuizhuyi.
Second, I have problem to change interview site. I was required to have interview in Seattle. It is too far away and the fly ticket price even higher than I come back to China.

I am asking can I change to New York? But i do not know if I change to New York I should wait several months more than Seattle (i guess not so many people in Seattle).I already wait longer than usual schedule - 15 months for 2nd letter and I cannot wait more. So, what one is better? Seattle or New York?

So it took a long time for you to get what you need. Congratulations to you. I don't know if 911 did delay longer than usual. So i really hope they can improve it. But i have something else to do though i am very anxious to go to Montreal in summer.

When I search wenxuecity, I found someone send application in July 2001 and received the landing paper on Dec 2002 (Bufflo case).

Do you guys know whether someone applied in Oct.2001 and have received the landing paper?
