I sent my application materials to Bufflo at the begining of Aug 2002, 4 months passed I have not received the file number, is it normal? what shall I do then? can the mail be lost?
I have sent 4 fax but no reply.

You need one year to receive LP after health exam according to instruction in paper of health exam.
