In "Edit Free ISP", increase "Connection Delay" to around 12000 and check on "Screaming Broccoli".
NetZero needs more Connection Delay.

There is "Edit Free ISP" window ...

Try 12000(ms).

How long have you been using?

I am not sure it's a problem with the monthly usage limit (10 hours per month) ?

If so, I recommend you sigh-up another account ( on Juno). Before you sign-up a new account, DELETE the MACHINE ID assigned by Juno in the register. This may be the easist way to emilinate the 10 hours limit. [Don't ask me how to delete the ID!!!]
