去年房东在445$的基础上涨了20$(5%),我拒绝,房管会判涨了19$,理由是我住的Apartment 是用gas.
今年房东通知我再涨15$,15/464=3.2%,理由是gas又涨价.
请知情的朋友指点一下这是不是合法,我是拒绝好还是接受好.这厢有理了.

You can discuss with the landlord. The rental board has the calulation form of the rent incrament. You can refer to that. But the time seems to early to inform you the rent increase.

I want to know that who pay judge fee of rental board when you disagree with your owner last year? You also can call rental board for rental guidliness of this year.
