I think the tax form is the easiest place for the government to figure out your dual-status. You have to declare your EI. At the same time, you have to declare the tuition fee as well as the number of months during which you have been full-time or part-time student.

Is there anyone who declared both EI and tuition fee on the income tax form for previous years? Is there any consequence? Thanks.
