这种情况我可以每月领一千加币左右的补助

Yes. Just go to Financial Aid Office in Mcgill to apply for Loan and Bursary.

yes . you had better come to montreal at once. only if you live in montreal for at least 3 months before you begin your fulltime study and at the same time without living in other province for 3 months, you are qualified for loan and bursury program of quebec.  not only you can get some bursury but also low tuition. so hurry!
