我的网上状态已变成medical results have been received，可能快收到信了。
老公在国内，想让他准备照片，请好心人贴一下详细的要求。另外，填身高等的那张纸需要签名吗，照片是不是也要签名？多谢了。

从拿到档案号到现在已经1年2个月的时间了。

I am quoting my letter for you:

"The Photograph must:
--show a full front view of the person's head and shoulders showing full face centered in the middle of the photograph;
--have a plain white background

The photographs must measure:
--between 25mm and 35mm (1" and 1 3/8") from chin to crown
--have a 35mm X 45mm (1 3/8" X 1 3/4") finished size.

**Photographs must not have staple holes, stamps, creases, or tears in them."


and there is no place for you to sign where you fill out height and eye colour.

我把我信上有关相片的要求都打出来了, 你自己理解吧.  我自己是不打算盖章和签名因为它没有要求要. 还有数量是3张.

请问你知道downtown附近哪里可以拍这些相片和哪里可以寄UPS吗?

1900 谢谢了. 在Jean Coutu 里可以照相.UPS没用过, 应该可以打电话pickup. 如果不行,就用Fedex.
