Dore is the french word mean Walleye a very delicious fish sold in Chinatwon. Catfish is just like junk fish. Bass is ok but less tasty than walleye. Hope your guys lucky to get a walleye somewhere.

It always works this way. Put some ginger,tomato,pepper,etc. Don't put soy bean into your boiled water.
