Cider (苹果酒), also called Apple Cider or Hard Cider:

1. Can be made from fresh apples when in season,

- search for recipes from Western methods on web.

2. available in kits format also, hidden in the beer kit piles (same size as beer kit). sample link: http://www.mrbeer.com/category-exec/category_id/12 (don't think they ship to Canada)
