US government is raising capital from the global money markets for its 700 billion bail-out,  this brings a temporary high demand for US dollars, then canadian dollars drop accordingly, just a normal market reaction for the moment.

I am sorry to say that your analysis is totally wrong.
If you watch the price of many commodity, especially oil, you will understand why our Canadian dollar goes down. Our dollar is called oil dollar.
Another reason for US dolalr goes up is Euro goes down. The US dollar index has gone up for the passing three months. It's not the reason of bail-out.
