刚刚收到寄护照的信，上面关于准备回信信封的部分不是很清楚，希望大家能指点一下：
1. 信里面说“You may provide a COMPLETED air waybill with your name, address and telephone number on both the "To" and "From" boxes of the waybill.” 这是不是说我要在寄信人和收信人的部分都写自己的地址？
2. “You must provide a courier account number enterd in the appropriate billing information box”. 这个account number是什么呢？

08年8月4号魁省面试拿到CSQ；
08年8月7号寄出材料到bufflo;
08年10月7号收到档案号；
08年10月15号转底特律；
08年10月29号收到材料完整信；
09年2月10号收到寄护照的信。

去Fedex 把那个你不明白的那页纸给工作人员看，他们会一步一步告诉你的。
去的信封还有邮费大概加币30多，在去的信封里加一个回来的信封也是加币30多。这种邮法只能用credit card 付。account number 应该是信用卡的号码。
