Absolutely NOT!!

Either u ran into a NEW employee, or they were too busy and forget. Either way, remind them about the free item, or  。。。。

If I have to call head office to complain, I would tell them to send me another $20 gift card(minimum :p )  to compensate my time.  NND!

Remember the policy of FREE under $10, ?? over $10.  Believe their policy is printed on the last page of weekly flyer, near bottom.  Happy holidays!

一般大店是没有问题的，钱不是服务员付的。小店我也算了，不想麻烦。

我要坚持要，感觉能要来，主要是经常去不好意思。那些服务员都是些年薪两万多的市民阶层，5块8块的肯定放在眼里。一般大店是讲规矩的，小店就算了。华人店就别提了，上回在金发帮朋友买王老吉，看好了价格朋友说要，出门涨了1毛5，我说你不信你去看标签呀，那人把老板叫来叽里哇啦，还是涨1毛5。这种店你还想免费？去金发付款一定得看好。
