你贴的这个规定一看用的语言就肯定不可能是什么正式的规章制度， 更像某一个人带着强烈的个人情绪写出来的东西。再说也不是不许裸体， 就是说不要裸太长时间而已。
我个人也不是很喜欢在公共的地方裸体的情况， 不过这绝对不是什么规定不允许的事情。 可能有一些泳池的管理者不希望这种事情出现所以制定了一些规定， 但这绝对不是所有地方都这么规定的。有些人就是不在乎， 喜欢光着身子晃来晃去， 那也是他们的自由。 别上升到素质的高度， 自己不喜欢的事情也不能强迫别人不去做。
