Bell phone service - My nightmare

9 d$ S# x. C  E. g* c  I got fresh installation yesterday (Wednesday Mar.27 2013) for home phone, internet and fibe TV. The nightmare started yesterday, right after the Bell technician got in my house. Last week I ordered Bell Bundle services with home phone, internet and fib TV. The technician said that he has only home phone and internet orders. He called up someone in Bell, he did something in my house, hour later another technician came in my house for Satellite Dish TV installation, I told him I ordered fib TV, not Dish TV. After there most is waiting time. Guess what the technician spent over five and half hours in my house for that piece of services.
6 _$ }, l& ]  ^1 D" r) P  And my nightmare continues right this morning. The home phone does not work. No dial tunes, No incoming calls (getting busy tune). I drove out use public phone and call Bell phone services 310-2355. From here my other long journey started. Steve-Sara-Cindy-Bob-Eric, everyone I must repeat my home phone number, my name and address. I spent over two and half hours on the public phone and finally, they will send a technician going to my house today Thursday Mar 28 2013 after between 12 to 18PM.+ K+ x) i% C  C1 [  }" E! ^6 v  A
  What a services, What attitude to treat a normal customer.

So don't try Bell again.

Monopolize produced the bad service of China Telecom and also produced Bell in Canada.

BELL 公司的服务是加拿大的耻辱. 加拿大人也为加拿大有这样的电信公司而羞愧.

So are their departments, they are independent too.
