If you have any connection with Concordia University (student, former student, staff), contact them and tell them your are a concordian. they give VERY good rates to concordian.

That's right. Actually if you are a graduate from a university or college in Canada, or you're a member of a professional organization, you'll receive a discout on regular price. I transferred my car insurance from TD (10%off) and home from... WOW, unbeatable price as a bundle.

Anyway, TD's service is great, as I could see from my claim with them: estimation was done fast and so was the check, haha..

No idea about sevice of Meloche, but their brochers and cards are really professional as opposed to the previous one I dealt with for my house. They increased my premium for this year, without any reasonable excuses, bye..

Meloche Monnex 也叫 TD Meloche Monnex, 本来的TD insurance company
现在的TD insurance原来是Canadalife insurance, 前几年卖给了TD，二者差不多，理赔都快

belairdirect.com 按说是个大公司，应该不错，但经过我无数次qoute，结果和wawanessa差不多，对新手(可我自己也不算新了吧)要价奇高，感觉其算法有很大问题，或则他们就偏向于老手(>6-10年)，对新手不屑一顾。看这个贴的大多是新手，我看就不用浪费时间去问价了

National Bank的保险没有房险，不能和车险一起捆绑起到打折的作用，车险是不错，可如果有房的人，可能最终保险加起来，也比别的便宜不了，因为房险要另外在别公司买

还有，条款细节很作用，deduct不同，保费也不一样，建议deduct放高点，因真的磕磕碰碰你也不会去claim，claim的结果就是下年保费上涨，不是1000左右的大修就不要claim，划不来

我也是用TD MELOCHE MONNEX 感觉还行。另外你有家人是本地大学毕业好像你也可以享受优惠。

怪！我在national bank保险为1280，TD竟为2316，怎么两者查这么多？！

以同样条件，不同公司报价保险翻一倍，是常有的事，所以要货比三家，原因如下：

1。各家公司对风险的认知导致算法不同
2。各家公司偏爱客户群不同，导致算法有极大偏向性
3。你的要求和条款对每家公司并不同，导致一定差异
4。客户服务员对软件不熟，有些该问的没有问，导致该折扣的没有折扣 (常常有这种情况)

我就对BELAIR 和 WAWANESSA就失望之极，用广告把我骗去问价，问了40分钟到一个多小时后告述我一个离奇得喷饭的价格，惊讶之余，对其报出一个”斩新“价后脸不变色心不跳的脸皮功，实在是叹为观止。
