I just changed mine from Ontario's.  It cost me around $600 for the driver license, car registration, car inspection, car plate, and some small repairs.  The driver license is $83, car inspection $84 (1st time $78+2nd time $6 after the small repairs), small repairs $102, and car plate and car registration for 13 months $282.
