JOB OPENING- Customer Service Agent

Major Responsibilities / Duties:
· Interact with customers to provide information and/or technical assistance in response to inquiries about accounts, website, prices/points, existing products and/or product discontinuance as well as shipping instructions;
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints, special orders or returns. Refer complaints of service or product failure to appropriate departments for further investigation in order to take appropriate corrective action;
· May perform other clerical duties such as letters, printing, filing, folding, etc;
· This position has an evening working schedule that starts from 3h30pm until midnight.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
· This position requires a good written and spoken knowledge of French, English, and CANTONESE AND MANDARIN.
· Customer oriented; Courtesy, Problem Solving, Judgment;
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Experience
· Minimum of one year of related experience required;
· Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a customer service environment.
