各位高手大侠，去年买的笔记本电脑，几乎没怎么用过，因为忘记密码结果无法登录，向您请教怎么办？是否需要重新安装系统？如果要重新安装，我向换回到windows7，不知道哪位可以帮忙？愿意为正版付费，谢谢。

It is easy to remove or reset windows password for user or admin.

1: make ubuntu ( linux) usb installation key.
2: boot your computer from this usb key.
3: get chntpw and then reset password for windows. see

Here is my steps:
I removed Windows 7 password for two friends using those steps. Never try Windows 8 /8.1.

chntpw : change windows system passwd . or user power
from usb ubuntu and with internet:

1: go: software-source

select: “Community-maintained Open Source software (universe)”
unselect: cdrom ubuntu ( or cdrom and internet duplication)
2: sudo apt-get update
   sudo apt-get install chntpw

3: mount windows disk:
4: cd /media/windows_disk/windows/system32/config/
sudo chntpw -l sam ( or SAM)...

In this case, just download Windows iso file from MS and make USB installation key. Then boot from USB key , install and then provide SN.... Done.
