You should technically be receiving biweekly prenatal care to make sure that both you and the baby are doing okay. So if you go to China, that might be a problem.
In addition, depending on where you are going in China, you need to worry about infections (hepatitis A/B, tuberculosis, etc), some of which might not cause you too much harm, but would be very harmful to the development of a fetus. Ideally, you should make sure that your vaccinations are up to date before you leave, and consider postponing the trip if they are not. You should probably ask your doctor for more details.
