if you still have the bill . .
-> bring it back to the store, be honest, straight and courteous. They will refund money if it is really a problem with the product.
I have just returned a pair of pants for friend, purchased over 1 month, for refund of $60. It stated 15 days on bill but the pants was really poorly made.
Mind u, stores does have the right to refuse, don't yell nor screem there. |
