大家好
本人15年10月开始拿失业金，预计今年9月底可以申请妈妈金
如果向前推52周的话工作时间只有1周，也没有2000的收入，
那拿失业金算不算在收入里？我这种情况能不能拿到妈妈金？
请高人指点，先谢了！

不能，不过有补救，你还有三个月。可以去工作报税.

还有一个办法就是，你现在就开始拿妈妈金，放弃EI。
这个比较公平和诚实。

Qualifying Period
The qualifying period is the period for which your earnings are taken into account to set your benefit amount. For wage earners, this period is normally the 52 weeks preceding the benefit period. It can, however, be extended to as many as 104 weeks if you were unable to work and receive insurable earnings (the earnings taken into account to set your benefit amount), in particular for the following reasons:
You received indemnities from the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail.
You received employment insurance benefits.
You received benefits under the Québec Parental Insurance Plan (QPIP).
You received indemnities from the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec.

To be eligible for the Québec Parental Insurance Plan (QPIP), you must fulfil the following conditions:
Be the parent of a child born or adopted on or after January 1, 2006
Be a resident of Québec on the start date of your benefit period
Have stopped working or seen a reduction of at least 40% in your usual employment income (salary)
Have at least $2,000 in insurable income (income taken into account for benefit calculation purposes) during the qualifying period, regardless of the number of hours worked.
Pay premiums under the QPIP.

和工作多久没有关系。
