Ask trail date first, and disclosure (how they have u speed, need enough evidence),
you need a translater. remember go on time for the trail date, hope it is same city you live.
the insurance company will have all infomation from anywhere as they have a lots of money to do this,
but if your insurance company ask you...if you have any speed ticket.. how u answer for this,
if you lie to them.....!?
You need fight for the ticket or just pay for all 6 years on your diving history, the saaq will not give any information to insurance company but the insurance company will have own system got all your information from police system!
the court will kown you have a speeding ticket paid and then post you info. to police which you paid.
the saaq will never give any driving record to insurance,
the insurance company have own system can check with with police database!?
