as i know a lot of people with the same english level(or even below that) as you came to canada yrs ago. some of them have lived here for couple of yrs. they may have various complaint but what most of them can do is just "let it be". so, what are you afraid of ?

my suggestion is that before u come here, ask yourself why ? if u can find 3 critical reasons, go go go.

I in somewhat agree with the downstairs. Before making your decision, ask yourself about the motivation for immigration.

Canada is peaceful, and there will never have any famine. the government can guarantee your survival and namely your progress of living standard (10 years later). But, whenever talking about job opporunity, it is terrible. Our spoken english is better than a native bebe at maxmium. As for social communication, forget it. Even the worse, the official language in quebec is French. I believe most of our new immigrants are still lost after landing for a year.

I am not disencourage you, even a little. if you like to be challenged and you are ready to regenerate yourself,or, you are confident in your luck, never delay a minite again.
