oh my apologies.
For any protein shake, you should not drink more than 50g of protein at a time (so less than two scoops at a time). Your body wont absorb and you will just pee it out.
As for the when, you just need to make sure that you intake ~90-150g of protein everyday. So if you eat enough then you dont really need to drink it. It is recommended that you drink after your workout. However, you should also take it with quick absorbing carbs for a better recovery.
