报税时STC漏填roll number

报2016税时，在表D中，STC漏填roll number，没有给住房部分，怎么申请？打电话还是寄信？

Fill out a form "Request for an adjustment to an income tax return" and send to Revenu Quebec. Or use income tax software to send the adjustment.

Wait for your Notice of Assessment from Revenu Québec BEFORE u do above. Call Revenu Quebec will be quicker, but u NEED TO WAIT till u get Notice of Assessment.
