You need to call the ski school before you go. If you know any specific coach, you can ask for him/her. If you don't, you will be assigned one depending on their schedules.

You have to show up in the ski school first and go get your rentals. Then you need to go to the specified location to meet your coach.

If you want a private instructor, the fee doesn't include the rentals.

If you join a group, the fee includes the rentals and a free 4 hours lift ticket.

However, you don't get the attention you would get with a private one-to-one instructor. So, it is really your call.
