My WeatherCast tells me that this Saturday is mostly sunny, -17~-22C, sunset at 17:22. It is quite cold actually; for those who is the first time to ski, be prepare wear as warm as you can.

Get some thermal Undies. They can keep you warm and dry at the same time. And probably it is not a good idea to wear any cottons since it will be soaking wet and you will feel cold.   wink

集合时间: 1:20pm 地铁 Namur出口（橙线）.
滑雪时间：3:00pm 开始.10:00pm 结束.（返回时间由每个VD决定,请做好10:30返回的准备）

电缆车票价: $13.5 包税 ( Costco票价),请自备零钱.
滑雪具租金: $15 一天 (20人以上团体票，如果人数不够我们也会尽量争取)

Will there be another ski trip next weekend?
I injured my knees badly in hockey...so I can not go this time...quite upset..I think maybe I can go skiing next weekend...I'm longing for skiing so much...

Hi Quintinstic,

I haven't tried snowboard.  But, my instructor told me skiing is more difficult and with more fun because the ski has two edges, while the snowboard only have one. He said starting with ski is better.

By the way, Mont H. is too small.  Only two short black trails are waiting for you five-star guys.

I've tried ski and snowboarding. I ski for one year then I change to snowboarding...
After that, I almost never touch my ski more ten times during last 6 years.
As an instructor point of view, I would say snowboarding is more fun. I wouldn't say it's easier to learn than ski. However, if you good at it and you catch the rythme and feel the bounding effect from the board while you ride, then I'm pretty sure that you will love this sport.
Personal opinion, I feel boring when I ski down the hill...
