1. Is your line finishED transfer? Sometimes it takes a bit longer(up to few days) if u r porting your phone#. If so, your previous SIM is still working, use it.
2. Technical:
If u r using iPhone, update to the lastest iOS, reboot, believe there may be a small patch that will automatic download after, then all will be OK. Need iOS 12.?.?
If Windows Phone, check the work around from Videotron website.
If Android, many people posted similar questions, u will find answers on http://community.fizz.ca
