Two questions:
1. Can you pull in the time to between 7:00 pm and 12:00 am ? I am afraid my brain does not work after 12:00 am as usual.
2. Why 30 thru 40 ? Can it be altered as:
- Male between 28 thru 100
- Female between 22 thru 46.

Can I come too - I have more than 12years of North American driving experiences but no certificate issued by a recognised school. I heard employers calculates every 4 working years as one segment of academic degree, therefore my degree would be:
1st 4 years = bachelor
2nd 4 years = master
3rd 4 years = ph.D
