Totally, we’ve got 31 members in a car pool and 42 tickets booked; we have 48 + 3 seat-offers. Now I’m worrying what if we cannot offer more seats for new comers…

Here is an interesting figure:
If we got our first school bus full, it means the transportation fee for adult should be:
z = (316 + y) / (x + y) = 6.75 = $7; (here suppose Adult / kid = 26 / 5 as the fact until now)
x = 40, y = 8 &
(z * x + (z - 1) * y = $328; which means the fortunate lot = $328 - $316 = $12, Not bad, isn’t it?)
Sorry, I used not to be a math teacher  wink  

About Time:
I think we should take Downtown’s idea. Let’s start at 2:30pm Aug. 12 if until Friday noon the weather forecast is good. And also, we have to get ready for three days rain!

Place for gathering:  
I think at least we can wait at the front of Concordia Hall Building and get on bus.

Hi guys,

Good news:
The weather forecast says Aug. 12 will be “Cloudy periods, Probability of Precipitation 10%, Temp. 19 C - 22 C; Wind, 5 km/h”; Aug. 13 will be “Mainly cloudy, 17 C - 26 C, 20%, 15 km/h”. ( Theweathernetwork.com ). So we‘d better go Aug. 12 on Tuesday as we planned. Sorry  hyj262002 , maybe you can find other guys go there with you at Aug. 13.
