听说举报海外收入偷税，举报人可得查实税款的10-20%，上次多伦多一个人通过举报得到100多万加元的奖励，而且是保密的。

我也同意楼主的一个观点，他这个声明把国内引进他的、给他发工资的大学给出卖了，人家领导为了政绩引进海外人才，他倒好，公开发表声明自己没有被引进过，是national post 胡说八道。可是网络上一查证据那么多。你是逼国内大学拿出你填写过人才引进计划申请书，上面可有你本人签名已经与各大学签订的协议，其中包括工资待遇等。像我们这样打工的普通华人，一小时工资20元，每年还需要交税，政府拿大家的税钱去这些教授，个别人还这么吃力爬外。我真气愤。此人网是吹他有好几百篇论文，挂名的吧？每一篇都是他亲自写的？再说，那些文章解决了什么实际问题？有了什么实际应用？

在祖国艰苦的时候，背叛祖国；在祖国发展后，回国捞钱；西方国家风向一变，振臂高呼：我从没有回国服务。这种男人不是没担当，而是没义气，做普通朋友也不行，极度自私自利。就如钱学森一样被美国大学开除，你回国后还可以说“我从来爱的就是祖国母亲”。

从这次美国大选，看当下社会精英，夸夸其谈的多，有责任感的少。和平年代缺少宗教信仰，培养多是精致的利益主义者。

加拿大中文电台今晚节目有一段时间专门讨论蒙大教授吴柯脚踏两只船的事情，电台电话线打爆，听众纷纷发言，特别一个叫Kathy的女嘉宾，评论一针见血，像剥画皮一样。群众的眼睛是雪亮的，吴柯的诡辩不攻自破。

对于人才，道德是第一位。人才要忠诚自己的岗位，如果没有道德，他就不是人才。尽管你懂技术，但我认为，你依然不是人才。一个人不爱企业，或者他只为自己的利益考虑，对于企业来说他就不是人才。没有人品的人才不能用。

加拿大National Post12月16又发一篇关于蒙大教授吴柯 “两天通吃”的文章，题目是：Reports that he has parallel career in Ch日ina are 'absolute nonsense' says top Montreal engineering professor 作者是Tom Blackwell

该文故意引用吴柯对自己的辩护，说自己作为海外“观察员”去北京参加政协会议，是为中共政协带去“新鲜空气”。信息不对称一直是有的中国人玩的把戏，可惜吴柯现在玩的不是时候，现在西方国家对中共及其统战组织已经相当的了解了，使得吴柯的诡辩异常滑稽可笑。他不是海外华侨推选出来，更不是所在国派他去做观察员的，他是中共花百姓纳税人钱请去装潢假民主的。不以为耻，反以为荣。

文章特别提到National Post在10月16日文章发表之前，多次联系吴柯，但是吴就是不回复。他以为不回答记者，人家文章就不会发表。结果打错了算盘。
