我在国内没有驾照.刚通过笔试.想用家里的车练车(副驾驶没有脚刹).我哥有两年以上在魁省的驾龄.他可以陪着我练.请问各位这样合不合法?

after passing knowledge test, you should ask SAAQ to get the study permit license (around 34 CAD paid). Then it's legal while you were driving with your brother sitting besides you(as he has two years driving experience). No need for the break helper....
